About
Welcome to Sunken Treasures!
This music blog’s aim is to share the joy we find in music, to practice writing, and to gain a deeper appreciation of the music we love. Jeff Tweedy laments that, “The greatest lost track of all time: The Late Greats’ “Turpentine” / You can’t hear it on the radio / You can’t hear it anywhere you go” and we aim to talk about favorite tracks that you can’t hear on the radio or anywhere you go. Part of our fanaticism about music comes from the joy of discovery and we will be mostly writing about lesser known songs and albums or at least albums that aren’t often talked about. We believe that good music sounds even better when you have someone to talk to about it so we hope to create a community of discussion and musical sharing between readers and writers. We encourage you to look around, leave criticisms/comments/recommendations, and generally enjoy yourself. And, hey, check back every once and a while. We try to update every weekday and write a longer review or make a video review on the weekends!

Hi guys, if you accept music submissions for review consideration I’d love to hear from you at james@independentmusicpromotions.com. Thanks!
We do, indeed! If you want to pass some over, our individual emails are on each profile for our writers.
